e-Learning Memory and Aging Program with Participant Workbook
e-Learning Memory and Aging Program with Participant Workbook
The Memory and Aging Program is an evidence-based education and memory-strategy training program for older adults experiencing normal age-related memory changes. Through interactive learning, discussion, and practical exercises, participants learn about memory changes that occur with age—what’s normal and what’s not—and gain tools to better manage their memory function.
The Memory and Aging Program is now available in two formats: facilitator-led groups and self-guided e-Learning. For more information about the program, a demonstration of the e-Learning software, and a side-by-side comparison of the two formats, visit baycrest.org/memory.
Eligibility
The program was developed for those who are experiencing normal age-related changes in memory. The program is not intended for individuals who have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s disease, or any other condition with a significant impact on memory.
Anyone interested in learning about memory and strategies to support their memory is welcome to enroll. If you have any questions about whether this program is right for you, please call us at 416-785-2500 ext. 2445
