My Order

How can I pay for my order?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards for most orders. For PO orders please contact us.

How much tax do you charge?

Taxes on Canadian orders vary by province and by item ordered. As per the most recent tax rate adjustments (April 1st, 2013) please see the rates based per province:

  • Canadian residents in ON, NB and NL add 13% HST
  • Canadian residents in PEI, add 14% HST
  • Canadian residents in NS, add 15% HST
  • Canadian residents in QC, add 5% GST and 9.5% PST
  • ALL OTHER Canadian provinces add 5% GST 

No tax is charged on orders from outside Canada. Taxes will be calculated when you enter your order information. If you are GST/HST exempt, please contact us before you order with your GST/HST exemption number.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns must have a return authorization number within the package. Contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be refunded. We will only process returns within 30 days of the order date.Please review our return policy to ensure that you qualify for a return.If items are purchased at a discount, they are non-returnable.

Discounts

Do you offer any discounts?

There are bulk discounts available. Please see our product page if there are any existing discount available. Discounts are subject to change at any time without notice.

How do I receive a discount?

If you qualify for a discount, discounts will be applied automatically when you add items to your cart.

Shipping

How much do you charge for shipping?

The shipping is calculated based on order weight and location by Purolator. There is no fixed shipping cost. Customers may also arrange to have their own shipper pick up their order.

Who are your preferred shippers?

We use Purolator as our preferred shippers. However, this can change based on current prices.

When will you ship my order?

We will ship your order, depending on availability, within 2-4 business days. Time for delivery will depend on your manner of shipment and we are not responsible for any delays that might be caused or circumstances beyond our control. To ensure timely delivery, we urge you to give enough time for shipment to avoid delays.

Security and Privacy

Will you sell my email?

We will never sell our customer e-mail lists. The Baycrest eStore is committed to our privacy policy.

Is my credit card information secure?

The Shopify cart is PCI Compliant, you can see a breakdown of what PCI compliance is here. Shopify stores come with a 128 bit SSL certificate which is Level 1 PCI compliant  .

How often will you contact me?

We will only contact you if you have checked the box on your customer account registration to indicate that you wish to keep informed about Baycrest eStore products.
